Can someone tell me a good C++ course where they teach all DS and Algorithm required to become codemonkey. Also how do I manage to get a 24+ LPA job? I'm in a tier 3 college where on campus average package is 6 lpa with 90% students going to mass recruiters. My second year is starting from 16th August and I haven't done shit.
>>12678 First thing first, STOP DREAMING anon, second be realistic, i am sharing some info and if you follow those you can easily get close to 7 to 8 lpa or atleast a basic job, I know we all want to try web dev and ML shiet but you have to sart somewhere, basics, You are serious about your future then you will have to remember the following, >most companies don't care about your cgpa, keep it above 70% to be on safer side >every company will have entrance exam where every faggot sits and there you will have questions based on - qualitative aptitude - quantitative aptitude - c/c++ (mostly will ask you to point out the output of the code) - programming question (can use c/c++/python/java your choice, mostly easy but you need to know some basic algos to make through the most difficult code) -basic dbms related code(sql)/questions(very few) -basic os related queries So do the following, -a decent resume helps which has your highlights like what were your projects, papers published, skillet, internships during college so on, make it good Go to this geeksforgeeks website, >https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/ In the top header you will see 'Tutorials' section in that you will have subsections like 'languages', 'algorithm', 'data structure', do the following, >Tutorials-Languages-C >Tutorials-Languages-C++ >Tutorials-Data Structure >Tutorials-Algorithms >For preparing for your Aptitude use https://www.indiabix.com/aptitude/questions-and-answers/ One thing while you working on c/c++, focus no coding or those basics learning them downloading in your mind. Use any website like hackerearth or hackerrank to practice basic questions After that when you learning and have good grasps of algos you can start applying them in codes of questions banks which are avaiable on that site or leetcode, your choice. Reminder that if you stuck somewhere just do a quick google search, watch youtube videos on the topics you don't understand but follow the geekforgeeks course of the respective topic. You don't have to be the top of the top remember, you just have to be good enough that you crack those codes. And i can't stress this enough that if you complete just above courses and practice enough, you will be able to manage to crack almost 70% to 80% of the companies visiting your college. Apart from these, remember that if you have interest in ML or web development, create a core project, it helps a lot in fact i got my job because of my core project which did. So, i would suggest apart from above learn python, it's very common and easy language to learn. Start from here : https://overiq.com/python-101/intro-to-python/ Once you get into basics, you can expand by going to geeksforgeeks and pin point concepts, use them. Do few projects if you can only if you have time, remember what i said, 'Basics are the most important thing'. Without basics you will have tough time. Once you are done with Aptitude, C,C++, DBMS, algo, ds you are good to go, python and projects in the field that you want to work will be cherry on top. I would suggest ML because that field is hot, so do some projects on ML if you can. Rest doesn't matter. Good Luck anon, prepare well. Don't waste time on doing all the things at once, it's the worse mistake that i did, try to focus on say 'c' while doing aptitude then data structure then c++ then algo then dbms then os while parallely working on aptitude. Good Night!
>>12684 Nigger don't waste your time and follow what i said if you actually want to be something. Bye.
>>12686 I need a video lecture course yaar. I can't study shit on my own from a textbook/website. Also shit companies visit my college
>>12695 get used to reading docs and articles online retard, i am the opposite of you, i literally haven't watched a single video in all my years of dev work because i just can't, i am accustomed to reading and going through github, fuck those 12 hour long jewtube courses that teach you shit, what those motherfuckers teach you in 12 hours can be done in 1 hour if you go through the docs, those videos are meant for low IQ faggots
