I suppose this is the right place to ask since it's related to proper nutrition for workouts, I am interested in at least adding some chicken to my diet but I heard Indian broiler chicken(the most common ones) are injected with unhealthy levels of hormones and aren't good for your health. my skin color is very uneven. There are 3 different shades on my face itself.
Forehead is getting darker, permanent tanning on hands and skin around elbow is more dark.
How do I get light and even skin tone? please help.

well it's going to be darker than the skin around it because it's folded up skin that needs to stretch whenever you extend your arms. the skin on your dick and knees is the same. it looks darker until it's stretched.
that said, it really shouldn't be ridiculously dark. like if you skin is brown, it should be a few shades darker brown, not black with ashy crack lines. if you have pale skin, it should be a few shades tanner or redder, not spotty and cracked. scrub hard with a shower loofah or whatever else you like to use whenever you bathe/shower. when you dry yourself scrub that area hard again with your towel. apply lotion generously, and if the skin on your elbows/knees is really, really dark then look for lotions that are meant for damaged and dry skin, they'll penetrate the area better and get the skin healthier.
if those steps don't do anything and your skin is still ridiculously dark, then try some of the steps i mentioned earlier for the face. aloe vera, yogurt, and citrus fruit juices will all work. apply generously, leave on for at least 20 minutes, and since this isn't your face, you can do it twice a day for faster results.
if the skin is particularly thick and rough, try mixing baking soda and water to form a thick solution. you should only need about half a spoon of baking soda, just keep mixing it with water until the solution is a little runny and can be applied like a mask over your elbow. leave it on for 20 minutes and then scrub it off with a towel and water. don't do this more than once a week or you'll damage your skin even further. do not use baking soda on your face, your face is too sensitive.
try to keep treated skin out of the sun on the day you do any of the masks or exfoliating as that area will be more sensitive than usual.
diet wise, drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated. hydrated skin is healthy skin. eat foods that are high in b12 and vitamin d. if you're eating healthy servings of vegetables you'll hit all your other micronutrients.

Its black but ashy crack lines are not there anymore.

Im dermographism positive. So dermat advised not to use any. But its fine to use only over the elbows ig

Its noticeably black on my light brown skin but has become better than in the past. Any recommends on the lotions?

i'm not too familiar with dermographism, but from what i've just read on it, probably best to avoid the hard scrubbing/exfoliating methods and follow your derm's advice
the yogurt, aloe vera, and citrus masks are probably okay, but i'd recommend reading up on this more just to make sure you aren't doing any damage. also look into turmeric and oatmeal masks. they're a bit gentler on the surface of the skin but they provide good results too. you could easily make a good turmeric mask at home, no need to buy product from a store.

brands i like are eucerin, aveeno, and gold bond. idk if they're available near you. you want lotions that specifically say they're designed for dry, damaged, and/or rough skin. a good product is one that is thick, almost like crisco. different brands will have all sorts of different combinations of oils and vitamins, don't get too bogged down on the finer details. just pick whatever is on sale, do a spot test to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction, and apply regularly. for faster results, apply twice a day (easy method is once in the morning after your shower and once in the evening after dinner).

Your test levels will increase naturally.
If you ever wish to want to have Test above the natty level (like 3x times) go to a endocrinologist or someone who specializes in HRT/TRT they'd give you Test (some people are naturally deficient or just want moar for reasons) and you'd have regular checkups and be in good hands than just putting some lotion, injecting some serum that's meant for livestock animals to plough fields and get your remaining lifespan not halved but quartered.

This is the calmest and most in control I have ever felt in years

Previously I used to have tons of blockers and what not and they never seemed to work.
But after my last steak broke, I decided "Fuck it..I don't care about this shit"
And I removed all blockers, revisited indiachan ( because it's a lot of fun with the people here ) , I stopped worrying about nightfall , stopped worrying about triggers, because somewhere deep inside it seemed the don't care attitude somehow made my psyche immune to these sensual objects. And then since yesterday, I have been the calmest possible I have ever been.
The feeling is awesome, to be honest.

start with vipasana. the basics:
>find a quiet place to sit for 15 to 20 minutes
>background noises should not be considered hinderances (car horns, sounds of nature, ticking clock, etc.)
>don't wear earplugs
>wear loose, comfortable clothes
>bare feet
>sit with back held straight
>either sit on the floor or in a chair
>keep eyes closed
>if you must move, be aware of why and how you are moving
>do simple in and out breathing
>be mindful of your breathing
>you may feel your breath is too short, long, deep, shallow, etc. but do not try to control it
>breathe with your abdomen/diaphragm and be aware of how you breath
>"watch yourself with your eyes closed"
>restrict your attention to the present
>don't get caught up in past/future
>insight meditation is about getting to know what is happening inside your body, your thoughts, your feelings, etc.
>the aim of vipasana yoga is to know the object itself, not the word
>if a sound (barking dog, car horn, microwave) pulls your attention away, think of it as "hearing" not as the specific sound

Not to discourage you from getting rid of it. Do meditation. Sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow.
