Follow any decent Full body thrice a week gym workout (M,W,F)
And do bodyweight exercises and stretching on active rest days(Tu,Th,Sa,Su)
>Learn the form of exercises from youtube and/or Trainer
>Focus on Progressive Overload
max 15 reps of a certain weight with good Time under Tension is a bare minimum to then head to heavier weight...
never compromise on form and technique, else you'll regret it real bad
Follow for 3-6months then
Move onto Alpha Destiny Novice Program (3x a week) or Upper Lower Split (4x a week)
Follow for 6-10months
Then move to PushPullLegs (5x a week)
Always Keep in mind
The 6 Main Muscle Groups:
If you want the most gains, you should train each muscle group twice a week
Bro Splits (in which u train one muscle group a day ) even tho being a 6x a week program end up training each muscle group just once a week... not reaching max potential...
PPL is much better but having a FullBody 3x a week split is much better because recovy and rest are v crucial for muscle growth... The body repairs itself during sleep so never neglect it and eat enough protein.

FullBody 3x a week split is much better because recovery and rest are v crucial for muscle growth... you'll get noobie gains alot in the first few months So Rest is v v important accompanied with a good diet... these two take alot of time and mental strength so having 4 days off the week during this stage helps
In later stages ,it becomes much more difficult to put on more muscle hence follow UL or PPL at that time and follow the programs diligently for months...stick to them instead of changing them every week or so...you can do other exercises like training forearms, weak part etc. when ur done w the workout routine
